UNIVET FLYERS
Products and services advertised in Univet flyers and advertisements are available
through Univet's distributors and may also be available through the Univetpharm.com
Web site. We reserve the right to correct advertising errors at any time.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing is in Canadian dollars and does not include taxes. All orders will
be processed in Canadian funds. GST/HST sales tax will be added.

Purchases can only be made by persons who can form legally binding contracts.

SHIPPING
Products will be shipped as per our Shipping Policy. All products are shipped
via a third party. The risk of loss passes to the consumer when the products are
passed from Univet or Univetpharm.com to the third party. By accepting delivery
of a product, you acknowledge that the product has been received in acceptable

WARRANTIES
Univetpharm.com honours warranties as per our Warranty Policy.
Univet's Feed Supplements are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Univet's products are sold according to government regulations and may not
be available to you (unless specific criteria is met) or may not be available
in your area.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Products can be returned to Univet Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as per our Return Policy.
The consumer is responsible for the condition of a product until Univet receives
it or it is returned to Univet.

do not endorse these Web sites nor do we make any representations about any other
web site accessed through this Web site. It is up to you to take precautions that
